Currently hiring experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for long-term projects in the Annapolis, Annapolis Junction and Columbia, MD areas. Pay is up to $34 an hour with potential for overtime. As a sheet metal mechanic you are responsible for fabricating, installing, and maintaining high-quality metal components and structures. If you have 5 or more years of experience as a sheet metal mechanic apply now!

Sheet Metal Mechanic Responsibilities:

  • Lay out, fabricate, and install HVAC duct systems and sheet metal components

  • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and job specifications

  • Cut, shape, join, and assemble sheet metal using hand and power tools, ensuring precise fabrication and alignment

  • Install ductwork, diffusers, registers, dampers, and flexible components

  • Seal and ensure systems are properly aligned, sealed, and meet quality standards

  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

Sheet Metal Mechanic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of commercial sheet metal experience
