Job description

Senior PAM Expert

Location: Remote (Canada)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: Senior (5+ years)

Language Asset: Bilingual (English/French)

About Us

We are a passionate team of identity experts building top-tier solutions on the industry's leading platforms for world-class clients. We pride ourselves on a highly collaborative culture where knowledge-sharing is second nature, and every team member is empowered to grow.

We are an AI-friendly organization. We don't just accept modern tools; we actively encourage our team to use, experiment, and innovate with AI to streamline workflows and build smarter solutions. If you love working with exciting technologies, tackling complex puzzles, and thriving in a supportive, future-focused environment, you'll fit right in.

The Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we are proactively expanding our bench capacity to stay ahead of the curve. We are seeking a versatile, all-around Senior PAM Architect / Consultant who can seamlessly bridge the gap between high-level business governance and deep technical implementation.

In this role, you won't be boxed into a single product or a static team. You will lead and collaborate with dynamic teams of varying sizes, architecting robust Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions that ensure compliance, secure critical corporate resources, and manage the lifecycle of privileged identities for our diverse clientele.

What You Will Do

  • Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of scalable enterprise PAM solutions, focusing on secure credential vaulting, session recording, and just-in-time access frameworks.
  • Strategic Advisory & Governance: Act as a trusted advisor, leading discussions with infrastructure owners and security officers to enforce least privilege principles and reduce the attack surface across hybrid environments.
  • Tactical Execution: Hands-on deployment and configuration of PAM platforms, including account discovery, automatic password rotation, and advanced session monitoring and auditing.
  • Innovate with AI: Leverage AI to enhance session analytics, detect anomalous privileged behavior, and automate the discovery of unmanaged service accounts.
  • Collaborate & Mentor: Work within agile, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and helping peer professionals level up their skills.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in PAM, with a proven track record of implementing enterprise-grade vaulting and session management solutions.
  • PAM Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of privileged credential management, least privilege enforcement (EPM), credential cycling, and securing non-human identities (service accounts, secrets).
  • Platform Familiarity: Hands-on experience with leading PAM platforms such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea. Knowledge of cloud-native privileged access (Azure PIM, AWS IAM Identity Center) is highly valued.
  • Resourcefulness & AI Mindset: Adaptable and solution-oriented with the technical resourcefulness to integrate PAM with diverse infrastructure and a drive to use AI for optimizing security operations.
  • Education & Certifications: A University degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Active vendor certifications (e.g., CyberArk CDE, BeyondTrust Certified Administrator, etc.) or relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA) are a strong plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate technical governance concepts to business stakeholders. Bilingualism (English/French) is considered a strong asset.

What's in It for You?

  • 100% Remote Flexibility: Work from anywhere in Canada.
  • An Environment of Innovation: Freedom to utilize and experiment with AI technologies to optimize your daily work and client solutions.
  • Exciting Tech & Contracts: Work on high-impact projects using the latest cutting-edge governance technologies.
  • A Culture of Growth: Join a collaborative environment where professionals genuinely help each other get better every day.
  • Professional Development: Access to vendor training, certification/vendor support, and industry conferences to keep you at the forefront of the IAM space.
  • Amazing Work Culture: Participate in team meetups, offsite, happy hours and others, all organized to build a solid and cohesive team.
  • Competitive Rewards: A comprehensive full-time salary package based entirely on your competencies, paired with an array of excellent corporate perks.
