The Merchant manages financial performance, supplier negotiations, and team development to meet strategic objectives. Utilizing data analytics and market insights, the position ensures competitive positioning and operational excellence. The role demands strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills to deliver results aligned with company goals and customer expectations.

What you'll bring:

• Minimum5yearsofoftravelindustryexpertisewithknowledgeacrossabroadsetofcategories(e.g.Hotels,Flights,Packages,Wholesale,RentalCar,Transfers,Cruise,Tickets)
• Provenexperienceincategorystrategydevelopmentandexecutionforhighlycomplexcategories.
• Strongfinancialmanagementskills,includingprofitandlossownershipandforecasting.
• Expertiseinsuppliermanagementandnegotiationtodrivepriceleadershipandprofitability.
• Abilitytoanalyzemarkettrends,customerbehavior,andcompetitivelandscapetoinformdecisions.
• Proficiencyinassortmentplanning,promotionalstrategies,andecommerce.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
