  • Verify customer information and accurately complete enrollment applications.
  • Build strong relationships by providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate records using the company's CRM system.
  • Follow all company guidelines, compliance standards, and licensing requirements.
  • Attend virtual training sessions, coaching meetings, and team development events.
  • Meet individual performance goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
