Native , Java and other approved program languages .

• Provide production support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing
solutions for system stability and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with latest technologies and industry trends to improve development
processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies.
• Work with operations teams to maintain deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for production support processes.
• Identify and implement improvements to production systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations for critical production issues.
