What is a Work From Home RBT Behavior job?

A Work From Home RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) Behavior job involves providing remote applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities. RBTs work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement treatment plans, collect data, and support clients' behavioral goals. A typical day for a Work From Home RBT Behavior professional involves conducting remote ABA therapy sessions with clients, following treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA, and collecting data on client progress using digital tools.
