Your efforts will directly contribute to a diverse clientele, primarily consisting of individuals experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique situations, helping them navigate their personal journeys towards healing and growth.

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A non-judgmental attitude coupled with empathy and compassion in the therapeutic process.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to balance caseload and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

A minimum of two years of experience as a mental health counselor is required. Ideal candidates will have a proven history of working in a clinical setting, providing therapy to individuals with various mental health conditions, as well as familiarity with teletherapy best practices.

Our competitive compensation ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, adjusted based on your experience and caseload.
