This position offers a flexible remote work setting, ensuring that our therapists can deliver effective care while balancing professional and personal responsibilities. You will engage in virtual one-on-one sessions and group therapy, utilizing modern telehealth platforms to connect with clients and provide them with the support they need from the comfort of their homes.

• Establish and maintain a positive, trusting rapport with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each client.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions and support groups, using evidence-based techniques to promote healing and growth.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing assessments and adapt treatment plans as necessary based on client feedback and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and agency policies.

Our focus encompasses a wide range of mental health issues affecting individuals and families, including but not limited to marital conflicts, PTSD, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. You will work with diverse clients, varying in age, background, and mental health challenges, allowing you to apply your skills in a dynamic and fulfilling environment.

• Must possess an active State licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is preferred.
• A strong foundation in therapeutic techniques and methodologies relevant to family and marriage therapy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance client caseload and administrative duties effectively.

• Experience in providing individual and group therapy, particularly within outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms, enabling skilled delivery of remote services.
• A history of collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team to enhance the quality of patient care.
