• Provide individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platform, focusing on evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of each client.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to document patient interactions, track progress towards treatment goals, and communication with other healthcare providers as necessary.
• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address the emotional, behavioral, and social needs of children and adolescents.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews, contributing insights and strategies to improve client care and service delivery.
• Stay current on best practices and evolving therapies in the mental health field through ongoing professional development and training.
• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and state regulations related to mental health practice.
• Engage with clients to assist with identified financial or social needs, connecting them with relevant community resources when necessary.

As a Mental Health Therapist with Mind Saver, your primary focus will be on youth facing a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will play a critical role in providing psychological support and intervention, helping clients navigate their unique circumstances and empowering them to develop healthy coping strategies.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution.
• An independent mental health license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the state of Oregon or the state where you currently reside.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively within a high caseload environment.
• A commitment to maintaining ethical standards and continuous professional development as required by licensing boards.

• Previous experience working with children and adolescents in a therapeutic setting.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate clients and foster a positive therapeutic alliance.
• Familiarity with telehealth and virtual service delivery platforms.
• Skills in crisis intervention and triaging mental health cases are highly desirable.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 50,000 to USD 80,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
