Just like pharmacists who work in hospitals and commercial pharmacies, work from home pharmacists handle prescriptions and may answer questions about drug interactions, but they are typically consultants for hospitals and clinics or handle prescriptions for mail order drug companies, short- and long-term care facilities, and other similar businesses. They usually do not have much direct interaction with patients. Pharmacists who work from home monitor the process of filling prescriptions for their company; they oversee the accurate entry of prescribed medications into the system and ensure the orders are filled efficiently. Work from home pharmacists may need to visit the office occasionally, but they do the majority of their administrative work remotely.

Position Summary
The Case Management Coordinatorutilizes critical thinking and judgment to collaborate and inform the case management process. The Case Management Coordinator facilitates appropriate healthcare outcomes for members by providing assistance with appointment scheduling, identifying and assisting with accessing benefits and education for members through the use of care management tools and resources
Remote Work Expectations
This is a remote/field role; candidates must have a dedicated workspace free of interruptions

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,575.00 - $142,576.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
