Work From Home Outreach Agent

 

Work From Home | Texas Residents Only

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Target Start Date: October 12, 2026

Are you confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance? We're seeking Remote Outreach Agents to join a fast-paced, production-driven call center team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in outbound calling, collections, scheduling, appointment setting, sales, or other high-volume phone-based environments.

In this position, you'll make and receive calls to healthcare provider offices to obtain patient records and documentation. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to meet daily performance goals.

What You'll Do

  • Make and receive a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
  • Obtain information and documentation from medical provider offices
  • Accurately document interactions and update records
  • Meet hourly and daily productivity goals (KPIs)
  • Follow established procedures while maintaining quality standards
  • Work independently in a remote environment

Schedule

Training Schedule (Required):

  • Paid training
  • Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST

Regular Schedule After Training:

  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST

Preferred Experience

We are especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in:

Qualifications

  • Minimum typing speed of 20 WPM
  • Strong computer skills

Remote Work Requirements

Equipment will be provided and shipped directly to your home.

You must have:

  • A dedicated, distraction-free workspace
  • High-speed internet with minimum speeds of:
    • 25 Mbps download
    • 10 Mbps upload
  • Ability to connect equipment via ethernet cable
  • Space for multiple monitors and computer equipment
  • A private work area where confidential information cannot be viewed by others
