• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to collect detailed information about clients’ mental health concerns, their unique strengths, and available resources for support.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Implement interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused approaches, and trauma-informed care strategies to facilitate personal growth and healing.
• Develop and continuously refine individualized treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions, ensuring that client care is personalized and effective.
• Collaborate proactively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team to ensure a coordinated care experience for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services, including risk assessments and safety planning, to support clients in immediate need.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in adherence to legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation workshops, and support groups to foster community and shared healing among clients.

The ideal candidate will work with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a spectrum of mental health conditions. You will utilize culturally competent practices to address and meet the diverse needs of clients, creating a safe space for them to express their concerns and work towards recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is a requirement for this role.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• A minimum of two years of experience working in an outpatient mental health or clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities is critical, along with excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment capabilities.

• Expertise in trauma-informed care and experience working with clients facing severe mental health challenges will be considered an asset.
• Experience utilizing electronic health record systems to document and track patient progress effectively.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a potential sign-on bonus.
