This role is designed for a remote work setting that embraces innovative technology to facilitate client interactions, therapy sessions, and team collaboration. As part of our outpatient clinic, you will have access to robust telehealth systems that allow for efficient and effective client service delivery. • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and resources to inform treatment strategies.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based models such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and therapeutic needs.
• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate care for clients, ensuring holistic support.
• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to individuals at risk.
• Maintain meticulous documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance and accountability.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to promote wellness and community integration.

You will work with a diverse spectrum of clients seeking mental health support, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Connecticut.
• Minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their applications.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues.

Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with telehealth practices are highly desirable. Previous involvement in crisis intervention and emergency response situations will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, in addition to a sign-on bonus.
