Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions by utilizing our secure telehealth platform, ensuring confidentiality and a comfortable environment for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address specific issues such as relationship dynamics, mental health challenges, and coping strategies.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, providing guidance and support to assist clients in exploring their feelings, behaviors, and interpersonal dynamics.
  • Employ evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients constructively confront their challenges, including life transitions, grief and loss, anxiety, and depression.
  • Continuously evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the effectiveness of therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active LMFT licensure in the state of Oregon.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working as a Marriage and Family Therapist, with a focus on diverse therapeutic modalities.
  • Proficiency in telehealth practices and comfort using various technology platforms for virtual therapy sessions.
