We're expanding our recruiting team and are looking for dependable individuals to help connect professional CDL drivers with trucking companies across the country.

This is a remote, commission-based position that offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to build long-term recruiting experience. Previous recruiting or transportation experience is helpful but not required-training is provided.

What You'll Do

As a Transportation Recruiter, you'll:

  • Contact prospective drivers by phone, text, and email
  • Discuss driver qualifications and job preferences
  • Match qualified drivers with available positions
  • Follow applicants through the hiring process
  • Maintain organized applicant records
  • Work closely with your Lead Recruiter for guidance and support

A lead database is available to help you get started, and recruiters are encouraged to build additional lead sources through referrals, networking, and social media.

Training & Recruiter Resources

Recruiters who join our team receive access to our Back Office membership, which provides the tools and resources used throughout the recruiting process.

Resources include:

  • Extensive driver lead database
  • Hundreds of available driving positions nationwide

Compensation varies based on production and successful placements.
