This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Tennessee. • Conduct virtual client assessments to understand their unique needs and challenges, ensuring that therapy is tailored to each individual.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and client-driven goals.
• Engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships by delivering high-quality psychotherapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based approaches.
• Utilize metrics to track client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly, fostering a client-centered approach to care.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in mental health treatment.

In this role, you will primarily work with low-acuity clients who are experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. Our pre-screened client base allows you to focus on fostering therapeutic rapport and delivering high-quality care to support their emotional health. The effective use of telehealth services enhances client accessibility, empowering individuals who may otherwise be reluctant to seek out mental health support.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• An active and unrestricted mental health professional license in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in good standing is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy, with demonstrated proficiency in case management and communication skills.

While not mandatory, experience with telehealth modalities and familiarity with digital therapeutic tools will be highly regarded. Additionally, any specializations in trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or addiction counseling may enhance your application.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
