As a Commercial Service Plumber, you'll diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and perform repairs on a wide variety of commercial plumbing systems. Every day presents new challenges, requiring technical expertise, critical thinking, and strong customer communication.

Primary Responsibilities
·        Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems.
·        Service domestic water, sanitary waste, storm drainage, and specialty plumbing systems.
·        Install, repair, and replace commercial piping systems including cast iron, copper (solder and ProPress), threaded steel, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and Victaulic systems.
·        Troubleshoot and repair sewage, grinder, and ejector pumps, domestic booster pump systems, water heaters, water balancing systems, pit level controls, and plumbing control panels.
·        Perform drain cleaning utilizing cable equipment and hydro jetting.
·        Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections.
·        Test, repair, and replace backflow prevention assemblies.
·        Accurately document service work and communicate recommendations to customers.
·        Coordinate with dispatchers, project managers, and fellow technicians.
·        Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
Qualifications
·        Colorado Journeyman Plumber License required.
·        Minimum five years of commercial plumbing service experience.
·        Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
·        Experience servicing occupied commercial facilities.
·        Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
·        Excellent communication and customer service skills.
·        Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
·        High school diploma or GED.
·        Completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent trade training.
