This role is designed to be performed remotely, allowing you flexibility while working closely with our outpatient office’s care team. • Perform culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their backgrounds.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting strategies in real time based on patients’ responses and feedback.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions that aim to address and manage mental health issues, fostering resilience and positive coping mechanisms.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring that all aspects of their health are addressed.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support, utilizing techniques to stabilize situations and connect patients with appropriate resources.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in mental health counseling or therapy, specializing in culturally responsive care.
