Abel Personnel is seeking compassionate, dependable professionals to join an important healthcare enrollment project supporting Medicare members during the Annual Enrollment Period.

In this role, you'll help individuals navigate their Medicare Part D prescription drug coverage while delivering outstanding service from your home office.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with healthcare, insurance, medical office, enrollment, customer service, administrative, or call center experience who want meaningful work while gaining valuable healthcare industry experience.

Before You Apply

To be considered, you must:

✔ Live in Pennsylvania within approximately one hour of Harrisburg

✔ Be available to begin training on September 8, 2026

✔ Be able to remain on assignment through January 2027

✔ Have reliable high-speed internet

✔ Have a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace

✔ Be available to travel to Harrisburg for onboarding, equipment pickup, training, or other business-related activities if required

✔ Pass a background check

✔ Provide three professional supervisor references

What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Member Services Representative, you'll:

• Assist Medicare members with Part D enrollment and prescription benefit questions
• Process enrollment applications accurately and efficiently
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain confidential member records
• Navigate multiple computer applications simultaneously
• Communicate professionally with members, providers, pharmacies, and internal departments
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance, and compliance standards
• Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
