Job description

Corvian is a global leader in agricultural technology and soil testing solutions. Our advanced soil laboratory services deliver precise, data-driven insights to enhance sustainability, maximize profitability, and minimize risk.

As a Soil Sampler you will travel across your assigned region and use GPS equipment and specialized company-provided vehicles to collect soil samples from our customer's fields, to be analyzed by a Corvian laboratory. What you'll be doing:

  • Travel to assigned rural locations to take core soil samples from grower's fields
  • Ensure quality control and accurate recording of sample data
  • Regularly communicate with leadership to discuss field conditions
  • Sampling database administration and maintenance
  • Safe operation of motorized vehicles and specialized sampling equipment

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Valid driver's license* for designated province/state of employment;
  • Some agricultural experience would be an asset;
  • Ability to carry up to 40lbs;
  • Ability to travel, often to rural areas
  • Availability to work a combination of days, evenings and/or weekends
