• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health concerns, collaborating with team members when necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer or require virtual appointments, ensuring accessibility and comfort.

As a mental health counselor at Genesis Health Care Inc., you will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A valid and current state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively, allowing for successful caseload management and administrative duties.

• Experience in conducting therapy in a telehealth environment is preferred.
• Prior experience in a community health setting or private practice is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of psychological issues and diverse client demographics.
