• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing these insights to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, ensuring each session addresses the distinct needs of the client while promoting their well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. Your ability to connect with clients and address their unique needs will be fundamental to their recovery journey.

• A current and valid license in New York State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for establishing trustful relationships with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach toward diverse client experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage caseloads effectively while attending to administrative tasks.

• Experience in delivering therapy to a variety of client populations, particularly those dealing with trauma and anxiety-related disorders.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital record-keeping systems.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar approaches.
