Essential Care Psychotherapy Clinic is seeking a compassionate and experienced Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team. This full-time position allows you to provide telehealth services to clients from the comfort of your home while making a real difference in their mental health journey. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from home within Oregon with flexibility in your schedule. Our environment promotes work-life balance, enabling therapists to arrange their appointments between Monday and Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, without the pressure of on-call responsibilities. You will have reliable access to advanced technology, ensuring seamless communication with patients and the clinical team.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic care through engaging weekly video sessions with individual adult clients, ensuring a dignified and empathetic approach.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to ensure comprehensive treatment plans that support holistic client well-being.
• Utilize automated tools for symptom assessment and functional improvement tracking, which aids in modifying treatment plans based on real-time client feedback.
• Participate in regular consultations and support sessions to enhance treatment efficacy and foster professional collaboration.

The primary focus of our services is to support individual adults seeking help with various mental health challenges. As a therapist in our organization, you will work with diverse populations with varying needs, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Your compassionate and patient-centered approach will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their healing journeys.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Current, active licensure in the state of Oregon as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• Demonstrated proficiency in providing telehealth therapy, with a focus on working with adolescents and young adults.
• Strong computer skills, including familiarity with Google Suite and electronic health record systems (EHRs).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a professional presentation in all interactions.
• Reliability in maintaining patient confidentiality while working from home.

• A minimum of 2-3 years providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Experience in using established treatment frameworks, such as our care pathways; training will be provided for new hires.
• Effective engagement skills and a warm, empathic demeanor when working with clients.

• Annual salary between $115,000 and $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
