Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Follow up with individuals who have requested benefit information
• Establish rapport and develop strong client relationships
• Learn about and present life and supplemental insurance products
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate options
• Assist clients throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain regular follow-ups and provide continued support
• Communicate clearly and professionally through phone and virtual appointments
• Deliver a positive experience from the initial conversation through enrollment
• Build lasting client relationships based on trust and service

This position is about more than closing a sale. You’ll be helping individuals and families better understand their coverage options and make informed decisions about protecting what matters to them.
