Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct mental health treatment by screening, evaluating, diagnosing, and formulating individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Facilitate therapeutic group sessions designed for children, families, and multi-family units, employing psychoeducation and group process strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress utilizing our electronic medical records system, ensuring compliance with agency policies and relevant regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities including training, continuing education units (CEUs), and clinical supervision to ensure the application of evidence-based practices.
  • Actively engage in case management and coordinate multi-systemic support involving families, schools, and community agencies to enhance treatment outcomes for clients.
  • Incorporate principles of Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) in all interactions with clients.

Qualifications
