As an LMFT with Aspiria, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions to promote emotional health and relational harmony.
• Developing, implementing, and reviewing personalized treatment plans aligned with each client's specific needs and therapeutic goals.
• Maintaining detailed and timely documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems to track client progress and adhere to legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborating effectively with fellow clinicians to discuss treatment strategies and participate in regular team meetings aimed at improving client care.
• Engaging in continuous education and training to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends within the field of marriage and family therapy.

Your work as an LMFT will directly involve a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families facing various challenges such as communication issues, grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, and relationship disruptions. You will have the chance to create meaningful therapeutic relationships, fostering an environment where clients can explore their experiences, gain insight, and develop coping strategies that empower them to improve their lives.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Washington State.
• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, psychology, or a closely related field.
• Strong clinical skills, particularly in working with diverse populations and with a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills to effectively manage caseload and documentation.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for patient management and documentation.

While a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred, experience working with a breadth of treatment issues and client demographics is highly valued. We are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based therapy techniques.

Aspiria offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
