Summary: Karls Technology is seeking a high-energy, confident Phone Dispatcher & Customer Service Agent. This is a 100% telecommute position (Work From Home) acting as the vital link between our clients and our in the field technician team. We don’t micro-manage; we need people who just "get it" and instinctively know how to keep the gears turning.
Total Schedule Flexibility

We operate 7 days a week with a broad service window from 8:00 AM EST to 8:00 PM PST. This creates a unique opportunity for you to design a work-life balance that actually works for you:

  • Design Your Day: Because our hours span the entire country, you can set your own flexibility. Want to work early mornings and have your afternoons free? Prefer a "night owl" shift? Need to work weekends instead of weekdays? Need "split shifts" (e.g., working 4 hours in the morning and 4 hours at night)? We can accommodate.
  • Autonomy: You will not be micro-managed. You must be self-motivated and understand the business well enough to stay productive and keep customers happy without a supervisor over your shoulder.


The Role: As the first point of contact, you aren't just answering phones - you are managing the flow of our business. You will be responsible for:

  • Aggressive Scheduling: Negotiating and coordinating schedules between field service engineers and clients. You must be comfortable "taking charge" of a calendar.
  • Rapid Response: Creating tickets and escalating incidents with industry-leading speed.
  • Proactive Communication: Constant phone work to ensure engineers are on-site and clients are updated with real-time ETAs.
