Position– Data Entry Specialist

Job Location– Remote - must live within WI or MN

Employment Term- Temp to Hire

Employment Type– Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift)– 2nd Shift 1:00pm-9:30pm, Mon-Fri

Starting Pay– $14.00 per hour

Required Education– High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience– Previous high volume data entry experience preferred, typing tests required


As a Data Entry Specialist, your duties will include data entry and verification of data online interface with a high level of accuracy and provide exceptional customer service.

Job Duties

· Consistently achieve both quality and production standards.

· Ability to work independently and quietly with minimal supervision.

· Complete understanding of business rules.

· Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures.

· Ensure that all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential

· Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection and retrieval.


Requirements

· 50+ WPM typing speed, 4500 KPH ten key, with 95% accuracy

· Ability to quickly learn a new system and memorize hot key/short cuts.

· Must have personal Desktop, PC, or Laptop with 10-key pad and mouse

· Windows 8.1 or higher required

· Wi-Fi security has WPA2 protection or better

· Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test

· Can work full time on 1st shift

· Must have private office space that is not in a shared, common household area
· Must have computer with 10-key keypad and mouse

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business. So, from Carol’s home, SEEK assignment employees were sent to serve the temporary needs of Ozaukee County business people. The business grew and was eventually incorporated in 1975. The Grafton office expanded from Carol’s home to several other buildings in town before finally settling in their current location on Opportunity Drive in Grafton in 1997. Currently, there are 19 total branch offices with 16 located throughout Wisconsin and a recent acquisition has expanded SEEK’s portfolio to 3 branch offices in the Twin Cities.
