Security Specialist & Counterintelligence Analyst
The Opportunity:
Deliver mission-critical insight to inform senior-level decisions and ensure protection of U.S. forces, infrastructure, and sensitive operations against foreign intelligence threats. Apply analytical tradecraft, counterintelligence operational awareness, and subject-matter expertise to support CI functions, including collections, operations, investigations, and HUMINT-adjacent activities. Conduct CI analysis for collections, investigations, targeting, and operational planning. Produce timely, well-sourced intelligence reports and briefings for senior leaders. Support HUMINT-related mission sets such as source debriefing and operational targeting assessments. Contextualize threat reporting and operational impacts. Employ varied instructional techniques when training operators or support personnel.
You Have:
  • Knowledge of MAGTF operations and CI and HUMINT integration
  • Ability to employ multiple instructional methods for training and information transfer
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 6+ years of experience in intelligence, Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience in intelligence, or Bachelor's degree in Intelligence

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience supporting Joint or National intelligence elements
  • Master's degree in Intelligence

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
