• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders and other mental health challenges.
• Provide consistent teletherapy sessions, utilizing secure communication platforms to ensure confidentiality and client comfort.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach towards client treatment, integrating pharmacological support when necessary.
• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and stay updated with the latest developments in mental health care.
• Participate in community outreach programs that educate and promote mental health awareness.

Your clientele will encompass a wide range of demographic and socio-economic backgrounds, presenting diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. You will engage with clients through various telehealth formats, including video calls, phone consultations, and secure messaging, ensuring they receive support in a manner that suits their lifestyle and preferences.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure in the state of Washington as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT.
• Strong foundation in evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to mood disorders.
• Excellent communication skills with a talent for building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Experience in providing telehealth services or remote therapy is highly preferred, showcasing your adaptability and proficiency with digital platforms.
• A proven history of successfully treating mood disorders and managing complex cases.
