• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ needs through structured interviews and standardized evaluation tools.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with client goals and preferences.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for clients to engage meaningfully.
• Monitor client progress and adapt therapeutic strategies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of treatment sessions, including clinical notes, treatment progress, and outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of best practices and emerging techniques in mental health therapy.

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including youth and families facing various psychological challenges. We serve community members who may be dealing with issues such as PTSD, behavioral disorders, relationship difficulties, and more. By providing personalized care, you will help clients build healthier coping strategies and achieve lasting improvements in their mental wellness.

• Must possess a valid state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Psychologist.
• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach towards clients.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills to manage a varied caseload effectively.

While we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, preference will be given to applicants with prior experience in teletherapy and familiarity with evidence-based therapy modalities. Experience working with children and adolescents is an asset, as well as an understanding of issues specific to the Palmdale community.

The compensation package for this role is competitive, offering an annual salary of USD 115,000 – 130,000, based on your caseload and relevant experience. Additional benefits include:
