As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will play an instrumental role in providing comprehensive treatment to young adults aged 18 to 30 at our outpatient center. Your daily tasks will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that foster a sense of community and support among clients, enabling them to share experiences and learn from one another.
• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide empathetic and personalized counseling sessions to explore clients’ thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, helping them devise effective coping strategies.
• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that cater to their unique needs and aspirations.
• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to track and evaluate client progress, ensuring that treatment adjustments are made as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients, effectively communicating to ensure the best outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on young adults grappling with mental health challenges. You'll engage with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other emotional or behavioral issues. To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and hold an active LCPC license. Strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of mental health issues, and the ability to cultivate a safe, respectful environment for clients are essential.

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually.
