This full-time remote position allows you the flexibility to work from home while connecting with clients through secure telehealth platforms. Employees are equipped with the technology and tools necessary to deliver effective counseling services. You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals who share a commitment to mental health, participating in regular meetings to review progress and share insights, and ensure a high level of care and support for clients.

• Conduct initial assessments via secure video conferencing to evaluate client needs and determine the appropriate treatment plan.
• Provide individual therapy, family therapy, marital counseling, and group sessions, drawing on your areas of expertise to address various mental health issues.
• Utilize remote assessment tools to perform mental health screenings that identify treatment needs and help develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Create customized treatment strategies tailored to client preferences, ensuring they are engaged in their recovery process.
• Maintain regular check-ins with clients to monitor progress, reassess treatment goals, and make adjustments to therapy as necessary.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
• Engage in administrative responsibilities as needed, including documentation, case notes, and treatment plans.

Your primary focus will be on adults and children dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. You will have the opportunity to build therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds, making a significant impact on their well-being and helping them navigate life’s challenges.

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).
• Must be an Active licensed professional as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Social Worker (LICSW).
• Excellent understanding of various counseling theories, techniques, and ethical practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with individuals facing mental health and behavioral challenges, including expertise in co-occurring disorders and substance abuse.
• Experience conducting therapy in a remote setting and familiarity with the technology necessary for remote health care provision.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual caseloads effectively.
