Pepsi Beverages United States is PepsiCo’s beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States. This position will be part of the PBUS and Away From Home organizations.


Responsibilities

The Food Service Sales Representative (FSR) for Away From Home (Food Service) team will execute a selling strategy in assigned Away From Home accounts. Successful candidates will manage key customer relationships including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations. Customers for this segment may include Restaurants in both Iowa and Nebraska and Recreation and Retail accounts.

  • Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned Away From Home accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods
  • Acquiring new business while retaining current customers
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
  • Ensure customers are complying with PBUS contract requirements
  • Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen data to identify and expand business opportunities
  • Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $60,600 - $94,450.
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out quarterly.
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
  • In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health, and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.

  • A minimum of 2+ years of fact-based selling experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Food Service or consumer packaged goods experience.
  • Previous cold calling experience.
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be willing and able to lift 40 lbs. periodically.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Safe driving record strongly preferred.
  • Willing to work early mornings, evenings, nights, holidays and/or weekends.
  • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
