As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Unified Wellness Healthcare Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing therapy sessions through various formats, including individual, group, and family counseling.
• Identifying potential risks in clients’ environments that may impact their mental health and coordinating interventions with healthcare team members.
• Communicating clinical updates effectively and promptly to other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
• Educating clients and their families on coping mechanisms, treatment options, and available resources to enhance their overall well-being.
• Maintaining accurate and thorough client records in compliance with organizational policies and applicable regulations.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A master’s or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or social work from an accredited institution.
