In this role, you'll work directly with individuals and families to understand their needs and help provide insurance and benefits solutions designed to protect what matters most. You'll have the opportunity to build client relationships, develop your sales skills, and grow within a performance-driven organization.

Previous sales experience is welcome, but not required. We provide training and resources to help the right candidates develop the skills needed to succeed.

Principal duties and responsibilities

  • Client consultations - Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and goals.
  • Sales presentations - Educate clients on available insurance and benefits solutions.
  • Relationship management - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Follow-up - Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing clients.
  • Product knowledge - Learn and stay current on available products, services, and industry requirements.
  • Goal management - Work independently toward individual sales and performance goals.
  • Licensing - Obtain and maintain the state licensing required to sell applicable insurance products.

Compensation and growth

This is a commission-only sales position with average first-year earnings of $65,000+ and uncapped earning potential based on performance. Training and professional development are provided.
