• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms, tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care, to assist clients with managing various mental health challenges.
• Providing immediate crisis intervention and appropriate referrals to empower clients during critical moments.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and utilizing our electronic health records system effectively.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to create integrated care solutions that enhance client outcomes.
• Engaging in continuous professional development through supervision, training, and participation in team discussions to enhance skills and knowledge in mental health care.

You will primarily work with a diverse population including adults, couples, and families seeking support for various mental health conditions. The client base may range from those facing life transitions and relationship challenges to individuals dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma. A tailored and empathetic approach is essential in addressing the unique circumstances of each client, fostering a safe space for healing and growth.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active LICSW license in the State of Washington is essential.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage clients and collaborate with team members.
