Job description

We’re looking for motivated, service-oriented individuals to join a growing remote team supporting working families with their benefit needs. In this position, you’ll connect with individuals and families to help them understand available life, accident, and supplemental benefit programs. You’ll provide information, answer questions, determine eligibility, and guide members through the enrollment process from the comfort of a virtual environment. The role is 100% remote, and comprehensive training is provided. Previous industry experience is not required.
