Job description

Job Summary
Parking Lot Attendant is responsible for maintaining the professional, safe, and welcoming environment of the result's Conference Center parking lot and building entrances. As one of the first points of contact for guests and employees, the Attendant ensures all operational standards are met with courtesy and efficiency.
Requirements
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
• Punctuality and reliability for early morning duties.
• Observational skills for monitoring surroundings, guests, and staff.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and dress code.
• Ability to communicate effectively with many types of customers.
• May be required to work weekends, holidays and extended hours if needed.
• Must successfully pass a background investigation.
Desired
• Previous experience in a similar environment.
Core Responsibilities
• Remain outside in the parking lot and building patio areas during normal business operation hours unless on break.
• Treat all guests and employees with curtesy and respect, serving as the first impression of the result.
• Assist guests with parking instructions, check-in arrival directions, and general questions.
• Unlock the building doors and make coffee before 7:15 AM each morning.
• Keep the parking lot, building entrances, walkways, and steps clean and clear.
• Maintain good work ethic and adhere to business casual dress code at all times.
• Monitor the outside appearance of the building and promptly repot any issues that need to be addressed.
• Refrain from cell phone use while on duty unless contacting management.
• Monitor all sales staff in the parking lot and report any issues to the Inhouse Project Director.
