A growing hospitality group is looking for a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef for one of their Tex Mex concept in Dunwoody, GA!
Qualifications
- 3+ years of similar Sr. Sous Chef experience or 3+ years of Sous Chef experience.
- High volume experience a must.
- Scratch kitchen experience a must.
- Strong leadership skills and strong work tenure.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating cuisine, ensuring adherence to authentic recipes and high-quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff members, fostering a positive work culture and encouraging professional growth.
- Assist in inventory control, overseeing stock levels, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh and authentic ingredients.
