We are currently seeking a dependable Cell Operator to join our production team.
Position Summary
A Cell Operator is responsible for the efficient setup, regular operation, and preventative maintenance of production machinery. Working under minimal supervision, this role ensures all products meet strict quality standards by accurately interpreting engineering layouts and blueprints. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a commitment to workplace safety, and a collaborative mindset to our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ability to set-up, operate and troubleshoot
  • Follows detailed direction with minimal supervision
  • Provides a high level of organizational skills; detail
  • Performs duties under minimal supervision following company policies and procedures
  • Perform minor maintenance service
  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints/layouts
  • Must be in good standing with safety, quality, attendance and discipline
  • Must be a team player/work effective with a group
  • Must be capable of bending, stooping, twisting, etc.
  • Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Adheres to Housekeeping Standards
  • All other duties as required

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Lifting Capacity: Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry a minimum of 50 pounds independently.
