As the Marketing Manager, Away from Home at Florida's Natural Growers, you'll be part of a vibrant business team driving the success of Beverage solutions strategy as well as program deployment. This role focuses on Away from Home marketing, project execution, budget management and be the primary marketing contact for the Away from Home Sales and Internal Project teams.
What you'll do:
• Proven experience leading teams to complete assigned projects, on time and on budget.
• Deep understanding of the food service industry, including specific insights into the unique needs and challenges of different segments such as hotels/restaurants, colleges/universities, senior living/health care, and cruise/airline services.
• Business - to - Business (B2B) Marketing Experience - Proven experience in B2B environment, with the ability to develop and execute strategies that effectively target businesses and institutions.
• Experience launching new items from ideation through in-market deployment to post-launch monitoring and course correction.
• Proficiency in using data analytics tools to measure marketing performance, interpret data, and make informed decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
• Support fundraising strategy development and manage the execution of Florida's Natural Growers Foundation and other philanthropic activities.
What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Master's degree in business administration, preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing, product management, data analytics and / or sales with a focus on the food service channel and products.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in analyzing business performance metrics and drawing data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus.
• Must be able to work on-site two days per week.
• Role is non-relocation eligible; candidates must reside within commuting distance
