Company: Home Health Care, Inc.

Location: Twin Cities Metro Area

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation: $42–$46 per visit

It's Not Just About Therapy—It's About Giving People Their Lives Back.

  • Help patients achieve goals that truly improve everyday life.
  • Work closely with experienced Occupational Therapists while enjoying the independence of managing your own day.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and caregivers.
  • Focus on quality care instead of productivity metrics.

Why Home Health Care, Inc.

We offer:

  • Licensure reimbursement when it's time to renew.
  • Annual scrub reimbursement.
  • Mileage reimbursement between patient visits.
  • Cell phone reimbursement for eligible clinicians.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, PTO, paid holidays, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
  • Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time opportunities.
  • Experienced Clinical Managers and Occupational Therapists who provide ongoing mentorship and support.
  • A locally owned organization with a reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate care.

What You'll Do

  • Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
  • Help patients improve independence with dressing, bathing, transfers, meal preparation, and other daily activities.
  • Reinforce adaptive techniques, therapeutic exercises, and home safety recommendations.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on strategies that promote long-term success.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
