We're looking for a Part-Time WordPress Developer to support our growing portfolio of client websites. This is a contract-to-hire role, ideal for a developer who's confident in their craft, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow into a long-term role with a forward-thinking local agency.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily website maintenance including plugin and theme updates, performance optimization, and security monitoring
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement content updates, design enhancements, and functionality improvements
  • Support occasional new site builds and landing page development
  • Maintain hosting, DNS, and documentation for client sites


What We're Looking For

  • 4-5 years of professional WordPress development experience
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with custom themes, plugins, and site performance tools
  • Familiarity with hosting environments such as WP Engine, GoDaddy, or similar
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Local to the Twin Cities metro area (hybrid schedule: 2-3 days in office)
