MTN

Fort Lauderdale, FL • On-site

Job description

About Us
MTN is a world-class network operator that connects global operations with the speed, security, and trust required for success. Our multi-network architecture delivers resilient, fully managed connectivity for mission-critical systems and remote teams across the maritime, energy, government, and enterprise sectors.

As MTN continues to scale, our marketing and revenue systems must operate with precision, reliability, and speed. We are looking for a technically strong, detail-oriented Technical Marketing Manager to help own and optimize the marketing technology stack that powers our website, ecommerce, CRM, integrations, and internal workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the connective tissue between marketing, web development, operations, systems, and data-driven insights.
Role Overview
The Hubspot Administrator will report directly to the Daniel Tehrani, Vice President, Information Technology. You will serve as a core technical operator responsible for managing MTN’s marketing technology ecosystem while acting as the primary point of contact between the marketing, sales teams,  IT teams and external vendors.

Beyond systems management, you will be the lead for marketing intelligence—building and maintaining the dashboards that track MTN's marketing performance across all channels.

Location: This role is based in South Florida and requires 5 days per week in our Fort Lauderdale (Las Olas) office.
What You’ll Do
Hubspot Administrator
Tech Stack Management: Own and manage the full marketing technology stack, including:
HubSpot: CRM, marketing automation, and permissions.
Shopify: Website ecommerce operations and subscription management.
CMS: WordPress (for Government) and other web development systems.
Integrations: Arcade (product demo)
System Integrity: Maintain system health, data cleanliness, permissions, and access controls across all platforms.
Technical Support: Act as the primary support lead for marketing-related system issues, triaging user errors vs. integration or automation failures.
Performance Marketing Analytics & Reporting
Dashboard Creation: Build, manage, and optimize comprehensive marketing & sales performance dashboards in HubSpot and other BI tools.
Campaign Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of paid media (ads), event performance, and lead generation initiatives.
Data Attribution: Develop and maintain attribution models to ensure the marketing team understands the ROI of various tactics.
Sales/Marketing Alignment: Partner with Sales Operations to ensure clean data flow and reporting from first touch to closed-won.
Website & Web Development Coordination
Developer Liaison: Serve as the primary technical interface between marketing and external web developers.
Update Management: Prioritize and manage website updates, including code pushes, design changes, and content deployment.
QA & Deployment: Coordinate development timelines and perform rigorous QA testing to ensure site updates align with product launches and pricing changes.
Ecommerce & Product Management
Shopify Ownership: Manage the store embedded within the MTN website.
Data Accuracy: Maintain product SKUs, pricing, and subscription data.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 3–6 years in marketing operations, technical marketing, or business analytics.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in HubSpot (Required).
Hands-on experience with Shopify (Preferred).
Strong background in Data Visualization (building dashboards, SQL).
Communication: Ability to translate complex technical/data issues into clear business context for leadership.
Organization: Highly detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset.
