Contract WordPress DeveloperStaffing Strong is seeking an experienced WordPress Developer for a full-time, short-term contract opportunity with our client in North Scottsdale.Contract Details
  • Contract dates: September 9 through October 16, 2026
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Hybrid arrangement:
    • Onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
    • Remote Tuesday and Thursday
  • Onsite hours: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • Location: North Scottsdale, near Via de Ventura and the Loop 101
  • Equipment: A laptop will be provided for the duration of the contract
Position OverviewThe Contract WordPress Developer will provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and general upkeep for our client's WordPress websites. This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, managing website updates, and ensuring websites remain functional, secure, and up to date.Key Responsibilities
  • Perform content updates and ongoing website maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues
  • Manage WordPress plugins, updates, and general site functionality
  • Support websites built with WordPress and Elementor
  • Identify and address technical issues to help ensure optimal website performance
  • Provide general day-to-day website support as needed
Qualifications
  • 1 to 3years of WordPress development experience
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor
  • Proficiency with SQL, JavaScript, PHP, HTML, and XML
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
