Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support our Brand and Growth teams. This role offers hands-on experience contributing to a wide range of creative initiatives across digital, print, and event marketing. As an intern, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Brand & Multimedia, Graphic Designers, and the Multimedia Producer to bring ideas to life and maintain a consistent, high-quality brand experience. You’ll have the opportunity to work on both planned campaigns and emerging projects, gaining exposure to how design supports business growth in a fast-paced environment. This is an ideal opportunity for a student passionate about visual storytelling, branding, and user experience to build a professional portfolio while working on meaningful, real-world projects across digital, print, web, and event marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and production of branded assets across digital, print, web, and event materials
  • Assist in developing and adapting creative concepts while maintaining brand consistency and visual standards
  • Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners on a variety of marketing and growth initiatives
  • Contribute to both ongoing campaigns and ad hoc creative projects as business needs evolve
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and attention to detail across all design deliverables
  • Help organize and maintain design files, templates, and brand assets
  • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs in a timely manner
  • Explore and incorporate new tools and technologies, including generative AI, into the creative process
  • Participate in intern programming including lunch & learns and networking opportunities
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with WordPress and Elementor is a plus

Qualifications

  • Junior or Senior status pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Portfolio or samples required for consideration
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design thinking, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience working on Mac systems
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, photography, and visual systems
  • Interest in UX/UI design; familiarity with motion design or prototyping tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and curiosity about their application in design workflows
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Resourceful, proactive problem-solver with a strong work ethic
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
