The Marketing Coordinator supports the development and execution of marketing, communications, and branding initiatives that promote the company's powerline construction services. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing campaigns, preparing proposals and presentations, managing digital content, organizing events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, and capable of managing multiple priorities while working collaboratively with operations, estimating, safety, and leadership teams.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that support business development objectives.
  • Develop and maintain marketing materials including brochures, project profiles, capability statements, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Create engaging content for the company website, social media platforms, newsletters, and internal communications.
  • Capture and organize project photos, videos, and success stories to showcase company capabilities.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications.

Proposal & Business Development Support

  • Assist with the preparation, formatting, and submission of proposals, qualifications, and bid packages.
  • Maintain a library of company resumes, project profiles, safety statistics, certifications, and marketing collateral.
  • Coordinate with estimating and operations teams to gather information for client submissions.
  • Track proposal deadlines and maintain proposal documentation.

Digital Marketing
