  • Collaborate with editors, writers, SEO specialists, designers, and project managers to move projects to the finish line.
  • Give and receive candid, constructive feedback with teammates and leadership.
  • Champion reader-first editing and writing best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects at once and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Use subject-matter expertise and news judgment to level up our content, and learn from competitors' content.
What You Bring

  • Familiarity with AP style and a strong eye for clarity, grammar, and usage.
  • Experience giving feedback to writers through both written comments and face-to-face conversation.
  • Familiarity with a CMS (WordPress a plus).
  • A working understanding of how SEO, social, email, and PPC interact with editorial content.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools and how to report on content performance.
  • Solid organizational skills and the ability to self-manage your time.
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share ideas openly with writers, designers, and other team members.
  • A growth mindset and openness to feedback.
