Duration: 12 months

The ideal candidate will deliver high quality Enterprise websites and web application solutions using the latest web technologies.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Participate in and lead design reviews and solutioning using latest technology
  • Write high quality code that meets latest standards
  • Lead other team members in peer review of code and identify re-usable frameworks
  • Work with UX and information architects to design and develop optimal styling and content organization on enterprise websites
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance and scalability issues
  • Assist with adherence to technology policies and comply with all security controls
  • Ensure all work products meets /exceeds FINRA standards
  • Own end to end delivery
  • Champion the collaborative resolution of defects
  • Provide backup coverage for Delivery Lead

Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline with at least eight (8) years of related experience, or equivalent training and / or work experience
  • Experience in development and maintenance of multiple Enterprise Websites using CMS like Drupal, WordPress and magento2
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintenance of highly responsive, customer focused websites using latest Web frameworks
  • Experience in working and optimizing enterprise search services
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript development
  • Experience in PHP, Python, or other backend scripting languages
  • Experience developing web application as microservices using cloud services like AWS and serverless technologies
  • Extensive knowledge of industry leading software engineering approaches including Test Automation, Build Automation and Configuration Management frameworks. (CI/CD).
  • Effective communication, organization, time management, interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment

Desired skills:
  • Knowledge of different Web framework architectures and front-end framework such as Angular, React, etc.
  • Working knowledge of both SQL and no-SQL datastores
