About The Role:

The Multimedia Designer is responsible for the visual identity of TeleSpecialists across all channels. This role develops campaign concepts alongside the Director of Brand Strategy, produces video and photography through the in-house studio, designs for social, web, email, print, and events, and develops brand systems to maintain consistency across all assets. The Multimedia Designer provides visual approval for externally facing work, including materials created outside the Marketing department.

The Multimedia Designer participates in campaign planning from initial concept through execution and presents creative direction to marketing leadership, with a focus on audience and business outcomes.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Brand and Visual Standards

  • Serve as the visual steward of the TeleSpecialists brand, applying and enforcing color, typography, imagery, and logo standards.
  • Hold final visual approval on externally facing materials, including work produced by departments outside marketing.
  • Build and maintain the brand asset library with version control, clear naming, and managed access.
  • Create locked, brand-safe templates in PowerPoint, Word, and Canva so colleagues across the company can produce on-brand work independently.

Campaign Creative

  • Participate in campaign kickoff and brief development for all brand and demand generation campaigns.
  • Develop creative concepts and visual direction, then build the full asset set across email, landing page, social, collateral, and paid media.
  • Present creative direction to marketing leadership with rationale tied to audience and business outcome.
  • Review campaign performance data and apply what the results indicate to future creative.

Video and Photography

  • Serve as production lead for our in-house studio function covering branded video, photography, and accelerated content.
  • Plan, shoot, edit, and finish video for partner testimonials, physician recruitment, thought leadership, events, and internal communications.
  • Develop storyboards, shot lists, and motion graphics packages including lower thirds, animated data visualizations, and title systems.
  • Direct on-site photography and video in Fort Myers, at partner hospital locations, and at industry events.

Social Content

  • Design and animate social content for LinkedIn as our primary channel, plus Facebook, YouTube, and X.
  • Build and maintain the social template system for recurring content types.
  • Edit long form video and webinar recordings into short form vertical and square cuts with captions and platform-correct specifications.
  • Contribute concepts to the monthly social content calendar.

Digital, Print, and Events

  • Design and build landing pages and web components in WordPress.
  • Design responsive email templates and test rendering across major email clients.
  • Design executive presentation templates and build leadership-facing decks.
  • Produce sales collateral, one-pagers, trade show booth graphics, event signage, and physician recruitment materials, including print-ready files.
  • Set creative specifications and quality standards for print vendors, photographers, and contract creative support.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, multimedia arts, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Seven or more years of professional multimedia design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates range across video, motion, digital, social, and print.
  • Advanced command of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a brand standard, including template systems, asset libraries, and enforcement of visual consistency across an organization.
  • Experience developing creative concepts, not solely executing supplied direction.
  • Demonstrated video production experience covering capture, direction, editing, motion graphics, and finishing.
  • Proven social media design experience, including short form vertical video and platform-native content.
  • Ability to present and defend creative decisions to senior leadership in terms of audience and business outcome.
  • Ability to give clear, constructive creative direction to junior colleagues and external vendors.
  • Organized and self-directed, able to manage concurrent projects across multiple service lines and hold deadlines without oversight.
  • Experience designing for healthcare, digital healthcare, medical device, or another regulated business to business industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with clinical subject matter and the ability to design for a physician and hospital executive audience without oversimplifying is preferred.
  • Understanding of HIPAA considerations in marketing content, including patient imagery consent and protected health information is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards for web, email, and video, including WCAG contrast requirements and captioning is preferred.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and modular email template construction is preferred.
  • Experience using generative artificial intelligence tools inside a defined brand governance framework is preferred.
  • Experience directing external creative vendors, including photographers, videographers, and print production is preferred.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Advanced command of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Experience with Adobe Express, Figma, WordPress, Microsoft 365 including PowerPoint and SharePoint, a project management platform, and a digital asset management platform.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot/Account Engagement, and Hubspot.
  • Experience with social publishing platforms, captioning and transcript tools, short form vertical video tools, generative artificial intelligence design tools, email rendering testing, and analytics reporting tools is preferred.
  • Ability to develop creative concepts, visual direction, and complete asset sets across email, landing page, social, collateral, and paid media.
  • Ability to plan, shoot, edit, and finish video, including capture, direction, editing, motion graphics, and finishing.
  • Ability to present and defend creative decisions to senior leadership with rationale tied to audience and business outcome.
